Halloween 2013

Just like that, Halloween has come and gone. Cambree has been waiting for this day since last year and now she has to wait another year before it comes again. We drove down to my parents house to spend the day with them. The kids made skeletons, decorated sugar cookies and ate pizza for lunch. I swear all Addie did was shove sugar cookies into her mouth. I really think she ate at least 4 cookies without frosting. You would turn your head for one minute and there she was trying to eat the frosting or shoving a cookie into her mouth. It was pretty cute.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We went trick or treating in our neighborhood for about 1.5 hours. Cambree would run to each house and she kept telling me to let her know if I saw a witches' house because she didn't want to go to a witches' house. I was also on the look out for bats and ghosts. She made it clear that I needed to tell her if I saw any.

Benton asked her while we were trick or treating if it was the best day of her life because she was on a such a high from it all and she said "Ya, it really is!"

 

 

They both got a good amount of candy. They each got 5 full sized candy bars, such generous neighbors!

 

 

They were really SPOILED this year and they both can't wait for next year! Happy Halloween friends!
