September 25th

Today was my actual 40 week due date. We knew once we found out we were having twins that I would never actually make it to my 40 week mark. This also means that Miss Addison is 5 weeks old already.

I took her to the doctor today for her car seat test. For the past 5 weeks she's been in a car bed because she was under the 5 lbs required for a car seat. The doctors office had to check her oxygen level to make sure it's above 90 for 30 minutes sitting upright in her car seat.

Thankfully she passed, so goodbye car bed, hello car seat! She also weighed in at 6 pounds even. Addison is such a sweet baby. She still sleeps all day and night besides when she eats. She does have her moments when she is awake but generally she is sleeping. If she cries and you pick her up she immediately stops, she loves to snuggle.

And our little Cambree is doing extremely well still. She is the sweetest big sister to Addison. She hasn't tried to hurt her in any way, she is as soft as can be with her. I was a little nervous because I know how older siblings can tend to rebel once a new baby is brought home but that isn't the case for Cambree. She talks to her and thinks she as cute as can be but then is running and playing the very next minute. Cambree's new obsession right now besides Toy Story 3 is BUBBLES! She sits outside and attempts to blow bubbles. She doesn't quite understand yet that she can't put her mouth right on the wand...so mommy has to help.

Other than that our little family is doing well. Taking it one day at a time.

Isn't it just absolutely nuts how fast time goes and how fast they grow. So happy to hear that she is growing and doing so well. Cambree is absolutely adorable. Thinking of you guys always.
