We did it, we bought a cabin in Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming. We've been making trips looking at land with or without cabins and we finally found one that was perfect for us. It's only a 3.5 hour drive away from Heber. We wanted a cabin where it was close enough to drive for the weekend. Star Valley is a cute little town and I can't wait to start making memories as a family up there and I guess we already have!
It is a small log cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's very cozy feeling and I love being tucked away in the trees. It's also only .5 mile away from Prater Canyon, so we can go on hikes really easily. The kids and I went on a 3 mile hike last time we were up there which was very beautiful.
The kids love it and so do we. I know where we will be going anytime we can!
