If you haven't been up to Adams Canyon, I'd defiantly suggest you try it. The hike up is pretty hard, but the way down is easy, and it's really pretty.

Adams Canyon
Today we went on our first hike of the year to Adams Canyon. I was a little nervous to go on this hike with Benton's knee, but he did a great job. We went around 3:30pm so it was really hot, but I was just so happy Benton agreed to go that I didn't care how hot it was. Here we are at the top, by the waterfall.
If you haven't been up to Adams Canyon, I'd defiantly suggest you try it. The hike up is pretty hard, but the way down is easy, and it's really pretty.

I'm so jealous! I want to go so bad! I need to get Spencer up that canyon! Its SO BEAUTIFUL! I'm glad you had fun!
Those pictures are beautiful. You are so adventurous and outdoorsy (not really a word, I know). Wish I was more like that.
Way to go Benton hiking and playing baseball with his knee! I can't seem to remember if I have ever been to Adams Cannyon...I really wish I had a better memory. It looks really pretty up there. Anyway- I'm excited to see you this weekend!
I love hiking Adams Canyon, but have yet to go this summer. I hate the beginning of that hike.. but totally worth it when you get up into the trees. So beautiful!
