35 Weeks

I went to the doctor last week when I was 35.5 weeks along. It was a quick appointment since our Doctor got called away right when she got in our room. But Lincoln's looking healthy, approximately weighing in at 6 pounds 8 ounces. We were given the option of coming back weekly or waiting till I was 37 weeks along and then coming back weekly. I decided to wait till we were 37 weeks along to go back since he's so active (I don't worry too much about him) and I don't mind waiting a few weeks before we go back. Our doctor will check me at our next appointment to see if I've started dilating! Hopefully he comes sooner than later!

Spring is here!

Benton has been busy doing yard work, so the girls have been busy playing in our backyard. I love how much space they have to run and play with their cute little imaginations. Love them both so much!

And I have to include this picture from the park the other day, Addie just giggles the whole time. She loves the slide and swings!

I'm so happy to have had such nice weather!

Zoo Day!

Since yesterday was a beautiful 75 degrees, I met my mom and Chelsie at the zoo. It was lovely walking around outside and looking at the animals.

Addie loved the merry-go-round and the train. And Cambree obviously loved all the animals. It was nice spending time with them, I'm not as mobile as I use to be so it was nice getting out.

Love that Spring is here!

So far in March

We haven't been up to much lately, a little this and a little of that. Just playing around the house and running errands.

The weather still has been so nice and spring like that we've been trying to play outside more. Now whats holding me back is my big belly and finding a place where I can sit outside to watch the girls play. Thankfully this upcoming week is suppose to be nice again.

Cambree had a sleepover with her cousins this past weekend and had an absolute blast. Addie on the other hand was confused as to where Cambree went. She kept asking me, "Where's Dam Dam, mama?" Very concerned about Cambree and her carseat. Before bed she even got out Cambrees pajamas. I guess she kept expecting her to come home. When they reunited it was adorable, they gave each other a big old hug and were smiling from ear to ear. I'm so glad they love each other so much. Here's Addie the night Cambree was gone, she was looking at pictures and videos on my phone of Cambree. She really missed her.

And here I am at 33.5 weeks pregnant. We went to the doctor this past week, and she estimated he weighed 5.5 pounds. If that is correct and he continues to gain about 1/2 pound a week, he will be a 9 pound baby. I'm glad he's growing and doing so well but just surprised at how big he might be. I know their measurements aren't always correct, so I'm excited to see how big he is when he joins our family. I'm still feeling good, exhausted most of the time but well otherwise. He moves around so much it's crazy. My stomach seems to be moving all the time, he's a strong little guy. I can't believe it's almost April and he'll be joining our family! We are almost done decorating his room. I still have to make curtains and then we are all done. I'm excited to show you all what we've come up with!

Other than that we haven't been up to much! We go back to the doctor on the 25th and then start going weekly! I'll keep you all updated on his progress!

Sledding!

We went sledding with Aimee and her kids yesterday. It was our first time this year since we haven't had much snow. The girls are lucky to have such sweet cousins who push them up giant hills, carry them and willingly let them go down the hill with them on their sleds. My girls giggled and screamed with joy. Addie is a thrill seeker as much as Cambree is. My girls have no fear, which is funny since I'm the biggest baby around. I'm glad my fear hasn't rubbed off on them.

I brought a camping chair and sat and watched the kids go down the hill. It was such a fun couple hours spent together.

Finally some snow!

We really haven't had a snowstorm since Christmas. So when we woke up to a bit of snow, all of us were excited. Once Cambree got home from preschool, we all bundled up and headed outside.

And I can't leave my big belly out, I'm 32 weeks along.

Unfortunaltey I bet the snow will melt by this weekend, especially since it's suppose to be in the 50's. But we were glad to have it even if it only lasted a little while!

Baby Shower

Over this past weekend my mom and Chelsie threw me a baby shower with some friends and family.

I was so thankful for all those who came and supported us by coming to the shower. We got a bunch of clothes and other boy items that we were in need of. After having only girls, we were in need desperate need of boy stuff. So thank you for all your gifts!

Here I am at a couple days shy of 31 weeks along. I am still feeling well. At our last appointment when I was 30 weeks along, our doctor estimated he weighed about 3 lbs 15 ounces. I can't wait to see how big of a baby he actually is. We're counting down the weeks now, can't believe we get to see his little face in the next couple months!

Natural History Museum

This past week we met my mom at the Natural History Museum. It was our first ever going and the girls loved it! So much to see and play with. Addie's little finger was out almost the whole time pointing at everything. Both girls especially loved the dinosaur bones.

We will be going back for sure!

7 Months

I am 29 weeks pregnant today. We had our last ultrasound when I was at 26 weeks pregnant. I hadn't seen my regular doctor for 6 weeks when we went in at 26 weeks because of our big ultrasound at 22 weeks. In the six weeks since I had seen my doctor I gained 12 lbs! I was shocked since up until that point I had only gained 6 pounds in 20 weeks. 18 pounds total isn't bad but it was shocking to see the weight finally come on. And it made sense since at 20 weeks I finally started feeling better and my appetite had started to return. He approximately weighed 2 pounds 4 ounces and looked good.

As for myself, at 7 months I'm feeling pretty good. Normal aches and pains. However I feel huge! Our little guy is so active, its crazy. I don't know if its that he's pretty strong at his little size or that I just can't remember how much babies move around in my belly, but I swear he is more active than my previous pregnancies. I just started feeling him get hiccups as well. I love feeling him move around even when it's uncomfortable. I can't wait to see his little face!

Here I am at 24 weeks...

And at 28 weeks along...

I go back in next week for my 30 week check up, and then I start going every two weeks! His due date is getting so close!

Our weather lately...

This Winter has been so odd. Really we've only had one big snow storm at Christmas and other than that only little storms that didn't do too much. The girls have only been able to play in the snow once this winter. It's so weird. I bought Cambree snow boots and I ended up returning them knowing that we most likely wouldn't use them.

I'm not much of a winter person, so I don't mind our spring like weather...it's just not normal for Utah. Benton's been busy doing yard work and we've been able to go on walks. It's nice getting out of the house and not freezing.

This weekend the girls were able to ride their bikes as well.

The forecast for this week looks like spring as well. Where are you Winter?
