Maddie's Farewell

Our niece, Maddie is leaving to Brazil in a short few weeks so we attended her farewell in church this past Sunday. It was nice hearing her talk and how much she believes in the LDS church. I'm sure she'll do great things and learn a lot while she's in Brazil.

11 Months!

One month left before Lincoln turns 1!!! I swear this past year has just flown right on by!

The girls are always all over him. I think Addie can be a bit jealous at times...

Lincoln loves any kind of sweet. You give him a sucker and he'll devour it within a few minutes.

He has slept on his belly since he could roll over. It use to drive me crazy because babies aren't suppose to sleep on their belly's but now I just know thats what he's going to automatically do. He wakes up about once or twice a night. Hopefully that will stop once he stops nursing.

Cambree always wants to help him walk around. He hasn't showed much interest on doing it by himself but he loves help from others!

If he's ornery at all, a bath can cure his bad attitude. He loves to sit and splash and play with the toys. Such an easy solution!

And yes, he's still into EVERYTHING and I'm afraid he will be for quite sometime.

We sure love this little guy!

Visitors!

We had our Nanny & Papa Tony come stay with us this past weekend for a few days. It's always a pleasure having them come stay. We mostly hung out, got some yummy food and let the kids play.

It was a quick visit but we enjoyed every minute!

Spring is here!

It's officially now Spring and the storms came rolling in. We've had a bunch of wind that brought us some rain and snow. And it's suppose to continue for the rest of this week.

The stormy weather made the kids want to run around outside. I opened the door and the gush of air made Lincoln laugh and cry a bit. I think it was a bit startling.

Cousin Sleepover

As soon as Cambree got out of school yesterday we made the trip up to North Ogden. My kids were pretty excited to go to a big sleepover at their Aunt Aimee's house.

Our lovely Miss Maddie is going on a mission to Brazil for the LDS Church in a few weeks! So we decided we needed one last party before she left. As you can imagine, there was lots of talking, playing, & eating.

For one of the activities all the girls drew names out of a hat and they had to do the makeup of the name they chose. My girls were in heaven doing the older girls makeup. It was pretty hilarious.

Today on our drive home Cambree said to me "Mom, I felt like a star last night. Everyone was taking pictures of Maddie because of how good I did her makeup. If you want I can do your makeup when you go out and you can pay me a quarter." She also went on to say she wanted to be a makeup artist when she grows up...I'm thinking she might need a bit more practice...she REALLY likes to cake on the blush. She's pretty dang cute.

Lincoln slept over as well and he did perfect sleeping in our pack n play. Happy as a lark when he woke up this morning!

And before we drove home we took the kids to the park. It was pretty cool. It had a zipline and everything! I'm loving this Spring weather!

We sure are blessed with such an amazing & loving family. Love them all!
