Trick or Treat

I was lucky enough to have my brother, Thomas take these pictures while he was in town. He is currently going to Brooks Photography School in California. I think he did a wonderful job!

Busy, Busy, Busy!

My parents came into town from Georgia and my brother drove up from California this past couple weeks. I have been so extremely busy, running here and there hanging out with everyone. I had so much fun, it's sad to see them leave! Here's some things we did when were together...

We love to go out to eat, my mom is obsessed with urbanspoon.com, what you do is you type in the city you are in and people rate restaurants in the area, that way you can see the top rated restaurants. She is always having us look on the website to see what restaurants we should try. So one day we decided to meet in Bountiful and it rated the China Platter as a good Chinese restaurant, the food ended up being ok, but it was reasonably priced. Honestly, the best part was just visiting with each other.

This was the first time Thomas had met his niece, he wasn't to sure about holding Cambree but I made him hold her...isn't this pic cute?

My mom and I went on a couple of long walks, so I had to bundle Cambree up since it was so cold outside...doesn't she look like Ralphie from the Christmas story?

She looks a little annoyed, so thankfully she fell asleep...

And lastly, my aunt had my whole family over for a Halloween dinner. It was so much fun, I couldn't believe all the work she had gone to for the party. Everything was decorated so cute! It was nice being all together.

Gardner Village!

I loved walking around Gardner Village last year so I was excited to be going this year with Cambree. I met my mom & sister and we all enjoyed walking around looking at all the witches. Here a couple pics of Cambree and I...

I've always wanted to eat at Archibald's at Gardner Village, so I'm glad that's where we ended up going. The food was great, there are always tons of people waiting to get seated and now I know why.

If you've never been during the month of October I would suggest it. They have the cuttest witches all over the place, it's just a fun place to shop!

Couldn't ask for more...

I just wanted to brag about my cute hubby. He does so much for Cambree and I, let me tell you all he does for us. He works his full time job as well as a part time job and he watches Cambree alone between 15-20 hours a week while I work my part time job. And for the past couple of months he has been studying to pass a certification test for work. Seriously how many husbands would do all of that? I am so lucky that he works so hard for us. Benton knows Cambree as much as I do, he knows her quirks, her cries, when she's hungry, how to put her to sleep the way she likes it, everything...he spends so much time with her that he just does it all. I'm sure Cambree is going to be a daddy's girl because he loves her more than anything in the world. I really couldn't ask for a better husband!
Love you Bent!

Time for...

That's right we tried it and here's how it went...

She wasn't too sure about it, it mostly ended up out of her mouth instead of inside...but we'll keep trying. It's funny that she could tell there was something different with her milk...it was so runny pretty much like my milk but with some rice cereal mixed in...it's funny that she could taste the difference...maybe someday she'll like it more?

4 Months old!

We went to the doctors today and here are her stats...weight 12.8 lbs is in the 50th%, height 25.25 inches long so she is in the 90th%, Cambree is still in the same percentiles as she was at her 2 month appointment. I'm always curious if the percentiles predict what they will be like in the future? So will she be a tall little girl or does the percentiles not predict that? Who really knows? All I know is she is a happy, healthy girl...that's all that matters!

Cambree is more fun than I could have possibly imagined. She has started to giggle here and there. The first time was on Sept 30th and I could have died, it was just too cute! Of course now I do absolutley everything I can to make her laugh which isn't working...so I'm sure I look like a fool, but it's worth tyring to hear how cute her giggle is. She is ticklish not under her armpits, but on her chest right next to her armpits, too cute!

She loves her binky and always is trying to stick something in her mouth. She hasn't quite found her thumb, but has found her index finger...kinda weird, but of course to me is so cute...see for yourself...
